Jaya slams Centre for delaying cyclone funds
February 4, 2012, Chennai: Chief minister J. Jayalalithaa on Friday took potshots at the Centre, stating that it delayed funds for Thane cyclone relief work till the state issued an advertisement seeking funds from generous citizens.
